Recent news releases indicate that we MAY be into the Phase One re-opening plan for Ontario as soon as June 11. If this happens, we want to resume in-person services at Hillside on Sunday June 13. The information on the provincial government website indicates that inside gatherings at our church would be limited to 15% of our capacity. To help people to plan for their attendance, we will resume use of the “Register for In-Person Services” button on the main webpage. As more people register we will update the messages to indicate how much space is remaining. If you register and the numbers are more than our capacity we will contact you via email. If you show up on Sunday and you have not registered there may not be room to accommodate you.

If you have problems filling out the form or you are speaking to someone who does not have internet access and would like to attend, you can have them call Chuck Doubrough on the phone to reserve a spot. A message can also be sent to tech@hillsidebiblechapel.ca for assistance.

To be clear, the announcement that has been made is conditional on a number of factors and we will not know for sure that we are able to open on Sunday until Thursday or Friday. The elders and deacons will make the final call at that time but until then we can plan for Sunday.
